Qingye Li, male, born in 1940, in Shenyang city,
Liaoning province.
He has begun his teacher's career in his alma mater
after graduated from Beijing University of Traditional
Chinese Medicine in 1965. He serves as a dean of the
teaching and research section of Chinese recipes of
Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,
a professor of Chinese recipe, doctor-in-chief, tutor of doctor graduate student.
Concurrently he is a member of National Review/Evaluation/Protection Committee for
Chinese Patent Medicine, deputy chairman and general secretary of National TCM
Association, Recipe Branch and deputy general secretary of Chinese Patent Medicine
Branch respectively.

He has been engaged in teaching and clinical practice for more
than 30 years, teaching the basic theoy and diagnosis of
TCM, Chinese materia medica, recipe and TCM internal medicine
etc., practizing TCM clinical performances. He is one of
the founders of the invention of electric-qigong comprehensive treatment.
He specializes in the theory of Chinese recipes and its clinical application,
acupuncture, massage and electric-qigong comprehensive treatment and
has gained so much clinical experience in treatment of stroke sequelae,
facial paralysis,cervicle spondylosis, lumbar vertebra illness, rheumatoid
arthritis,atrophic rheumatoid arthritis, stomachache, asthma, nephropathy,
high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, acne, herpes zoster,mastosis,
abnormal menstruation and barrenness etc..
Besides, 20 of his papers have been published home and abroad
in which, seven's are of the literature of TCM recipes and 13's papers.
In addition, a new health tea has been developed out by him. He used
to visit Taiwan and Japan for scholar exchange and worked in Uruguay
for one year and a half.
