action and can be used for topical infection.
Its oil has weak cathartic effect. Linamarin
was said to have regulative action on intes-
tine's excretion and movement . Linamarin could
produce hydrocyanic acid. The content of hydro-
cyanic acid in this herb could reach to 0.17-
1.5% and when its content reaches at 0.008-
0.08%, it will be dangerous to the animals. It
may cause non-allergic dermatitis when dealing
with the production of its oil or linen fiber
