| Pharmacology Actions: |
1.The aqueous extract, ethanol-aqueous extract
and 30% ethanol extract all exerted hypotensive
effect on anesthetized animals.
2.100% extract of the stem and leaves showed
inhibitory action against Staphylococcus aureus,
Shigella sonnei.

| Actions and Indications: |
The drug is used to remove wind-dampness, elimi-
nate toxicity, decrease blood pressure, for the
treatment of rheumatic arthralgia, lassitude in
the loins and knees, numbness in the limbs, hemi-
anesthesia, sores and carbuncles.
