| Constituents: |
Pine Pollen contains fatty oil,
flavones, etc.. Pini Nodular Blanch contains
fibre, volatile oil and resin.

| Pharmacology Actions: |
The volatile oil had
topical irritant effect and invigorated blood
circulation.Too much absorption of the volatile
oil initially excited then paralyzed the cen-
tral nervous system. It was discharged through
respiratory tract and kidney, and showed expec-
torant and diuretic effect. In clinic, it was
used for rheumatic arthritis.

Pine Pollen is used as
astringent and hemostatic; for the treatment of
eczema, impetigo, erosion, traumatic bleeding,
diaperdermatitis. Pini Nodular Blanch is used
as antirheumatic, analgesic; for the treatment
of arthralgia.
