The drug contains paeonol.

| Pharmacology Actions: |
Oral administration 3g/day of the drug to experi-
mental hyperlipemia could decrease serum cho-
lesterol and ¦Á-lipoprotein, so it showed anti-
hyperlipoidemic effect on animals. The drug
could resist formation of artherial atherosc-
lerosis spots and small arteria fatty sedimen-
tate to hypercholesterolemia animals induced by
being fed high cholesterol food. The drug was
also used for the treatment of several skin di-
seases.

The drug is used to remove wind-dampness, re-
lieve pain and itching, for the treatment of
rheumatic arthralgia, pain and distending in
stomach, toothache, loin pain, traumatic injury,
eczema.
